My healing abilities in massage come from my thirteen years of experience in massage therapy and a background in medical imaging. While tailoring my approach to individual client I employ a wide variety of techniques and modalities. I have expertise in deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, active release and trigger point and fascia work. My lighter approaches include Craniosacral therapy increasing the effectiveness of my unique blend of massage. This is aided by an innate understanding of energy work like Reiki. Ask me about it! |
